If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
RepliedFlow is operated by Mount Rock Consulting CC, a close corporation registered in the Republic of South Africa. Mount Rock Consulting CC also operates the main RepliedFlow website at repliedflow.com; these Terms apply specifically to this Site (agency.repliedflow.com).
RepliedFlow provides done-for-you B2B lead generation services for East Coast small and medium-sized businesses, including LinkedIn outreach, custom qualification funnels, AI avatar qualification, and live campaign reporting. The specifics of any engagement will be governed by a separate service agreement.
You may use the Site and submit our qualification form only if you are at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the business you submit on behalf of. By submitting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to evaluate a new lead-generation partner.
Submitting our qualification form does not create an obligation on our part to engage with you. We review every submission personally and reserve the right to accept or decline any submission at our sole discretion based on fit, capacity, or other factors.
If accepted, a separate service agreement will define the scope, deliverables, fees, and other terms of our work together.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, designs, software, and code — is owned by RepliedFlow or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Information you share with us through the qualification form or related communications will be treated as confidential and used only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site and any information on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
We do not guarantee specific results from any qualification submission or service engagement. Sales outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepliedFlow and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RepliedFlow and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of South Africa.
If you access the Site or use our services from outside South Africa, you do so at your own initiative and remain responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent local laws apply.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
